Thank you for choosing Anelma Does Hair!

To keep everything running smoothly for you (and everyone else), here are a few friendly guidelines for appointments:

🌼 Booking Your Appointment

By booking online, you're securing a dedicated time slot just for you. Please double-check the service you select so we have the right amount of time to achieve your hair goals.

🌼 Deposits

Some appointments may require a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if you need to reschedule within the required notice period.

🌼 Cancellations & Rescheduling

Life happens — I totally get it!

If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please CALL 0493359149 and aim to do so at least 48 hours in advance.

Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee, as that time was reserved especially for you.

🌼 Running Late

If you’re running late, please send me a message. I’ll do my best to make it work, but if we can’t complete your full service, we may need to adjust or reschedule to keep the day running smoothly.

🌼 Service Adjustments

Your hair goals matter to me! If you feel something isn’t quite right after your appointment, please contact me within 7 days so I can make any tweaks needed.

🌼 Healthy Hair First

I care about your hair’s long-term health. If a requested service might compromise your hair, I’ll always chat with you and offer alternatives that achieve your vibe while keeping your hair happy.

🌼 Kids & Extra Guests

To keep the space calm, safe and focused on you, please avoid bringing extra guests unless discussed beforehand.

🌼 Allergies & Sensitivities

If you have allergies, sensitivities or scalp concerns, please let me know before your appointment so I can take the best care of you.

🌼 Respect & Good Vibes

This is a safe, kind, welcoming space. Let’s keep it full of good energy and great hair days
