By booking with The Blak Beauty Co, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. We appreciate your understanding and ongoing support.

The Blak Beauty Co — Terms & Conditions

Welcome to The Blak Beauty Co. By booking an appointment or receiving services with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These are in place to ensure a safe, professional, and high-quality experience for all clients.

1. Bookings & Appointments

Appointments can be made online, via social media, or in-salon. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.

2. Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward your final service total. Failure to attend or late cancellation will result in the loss of your deposit.

3. Cancellation Policy

At The Blak Beauty Co, we value professionalism, respect, and creating a seamless experience for every client who walks through our doors. Your appointment time is carefully reserved just for you, and we ask that the same respect is shown in return.

Appointments & Cancellations

We kindly require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your booking.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service.

No-Show Appointments

Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the service booked. Outstanding balances must be paid before future appointments can be booked.

Late Arrivals

We understand that delays can happen; however, arriving late may result in a shortened service time to avoid impacting other clients. Full service fees will still apply. In some cases, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Changes to Booked Services

Please ensure you are certain of the service selected at the time of booking. Changes made on the day of your appointment, including deciding not to proceed with a booked service, may still incur the full charge of the original service reserved, as the appointment time has been specifically allocated for you.

Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of late cancellations or no-shows.

Our Commitment

At The Blak Beauty Co, we are committed to delivering high-quality services in a timely and professional environment. Late cancellations and missed appointments limit our ability to accommodate other clients and impact our small business.

4. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling. Full service fees will still apply.

5. Health & Safety

Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, or medications prior to their appointment. This ensures services are performed safely and effectively.

We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a treatment is unsuitable or may cause harm.

6. Patch Testing

Patch testing may be required for certain treatments (including tinting and lash and brow services). It is the client’s responsibility to book and attend a patch test where advised. The Blak Beauty Co is not liable for adverse reactions where patch testing was declined.

7. Results & Aftercare

While we strive to deliver the highest standard of results, outcomes may vary depending on individual skin type, hair growth, and aftercare.

Clients will be provided with aftercare instructions and must follow them to maintain results. We are not responsible for unsatisfactory results due to failure to follow aftercare advice.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on completed treatments. If you have any concerns, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assess and, where appropriate, offer a solution.

9. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of appointment. They are valid for the period stated and cannot be exchanged for cash.

10. Personal Belongings

The Blak Beauty Co is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items while on the premises.

11. Behaviour & Respect

We are committed to maintaining a welcoming and respectful environment. Any inappropriate, abusive, or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.

12. Pricing & Changes

All prices are subject to change without notice. We will always do our best to communicate any changes in advance.

By booking or attending an appointment with The Blak Beauty Co, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
